Guelph FBLC is new. That is the interesting part — very little here is settled, and the people who show up this year decide what it becomes.
We started this because Guelph did not have one.
FBLC runs eighteen competitive business events a year, from timed accounting papers to a business plan you defend in front of judges. Plenty of students here would do well at them. Almost none had a chapter to enter through.
So the chapter is the point. Not a club that meets, a chapter that enters — trains through the autumn, runs mock provincials in January, and sends people to CNLC in the spring.
